Yin Yoga with Elizabeth Valverde-Bartlett - Tuesdays and Thursdays - 10am - 11am

Join us weekly for an intimate Yin yoga class upstairs in our meditation room.

Yin yoga is a slower and intentional yoga practice. Yin works the deep connective tissue in the body. This Yin class is beginner friendly and allows space for you to tune into your body. Yin allows you to slow down, increase energy, and reduce stress. Please join us for asana practice.

Elizabeth Valverde-Bartlett has been practicing yoga for many years. She studied to be a yoga teacher at My Vinyasa Practice in Austin, Texas. She became a yoga teacher to help students explore their mind/body connection, as well as assist with her work as a peacebuilder and help people work with trauma. She is continually studying different yogic practices. Elizabeth teaches and practices several types of yoga such as: Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Nidra, and more. She enjoys practicing and helping others with pranayama (breath work), which can be beneficial both on and off the yoga mat.

Each class is limited to 8 people. Pre-register or pay when you arrive. Please bring a yoga mat and any props you may want. We also some mats and blankets available.
