Chickpea Salad a la carte

We reserve aquafaba during the cooking process to make our own signature vegan mayo as the base for this popular dairy free salad. It's loaded with chickpeas, celery, red onion, dill and seasonings from our apothecary. Tastes great by itself, on top of our fresh salads or in our Chickpea Salad Sandwich.
