Class Description:
The Chakras are the energy centers in your body. When they are fully open and balanced- life tends to go more smoothly. You can handle things as they come your way with much more ease and flow.
As life happens, we store emotions in our body and this can cause an imbalance in our chakras and dis-ease that can make it harder to handle, interpret, and recover from events in our lives.
Throughout this Chakra healing series, you will balance your chakras, clean your wounds so they can heal, and gain tools to use on your own.
The Hawthorn Tree will provide a tea for each corresponding Chakra Session to enhance your experience.

November 1, 2026 - Week 1: Root Chakra, Muladhara
Blocked By Fear & Guilt
When the Root Chakra is responsible for creating stability in your life. When it’s balanced you see steady forward motion, nothing is ever fully lost. When it’s out imbalanced, sabotage will present itself and destroy the stability you worked so hard to achieve. Chaos will feel familiar than calm
In this session, you will go to the root of when fear and guilt started for you, and created cycles of sabotage and chaos in your life. We will then heal it and integrate the healing into your daily life.
The healing of this session is to get your feet under you and feel stable.
November 8, 2026, - Week 2: Sacral Chakra, Svadhisthana
Blocked by Shame
The Sacral Chakra is responsible for desire.
When the Sacral Chakra is imbalanced, things in your life aren’t progressing, patterns of “never enough” or “just enough, but never abundance,” fear of failure, constant sense of disappointment in life. At the core of this imbalance is Shame, a sense that here is something fundamentally wrong with you.
When the Sacral Chakra is in balance, you will have desire and the ability to make changes that create self esteem, not just SURVIVE- but THRIVE. To establish yourself, for yourself because you’re worth it.
The healing of this session is to clear shame and open to your greatest desires.
November 15, 2026 - Week 3: Solar Plexus, Manipura
Blocked by Anxiety
The Solar Plexus Chakra is responsible for your identity.
It asks the question, “What if?” When the Solar Plexus Chakra is imbalanced the “What if?” answers with anxiety and projections- and you can’t see yourself clearly. You see yourself through the worst thoughts you hold about yourself. An unbalanced Solar Plexus Charka will chronically sabotage you, and you won’t even know it. You may hear yourself saying things like, “With my luck, insert worst possible outcome you can think of.”
When the Solar Plexus Chakra is in balance, you see yourself and speak of yourself in powerful ways, and catch yourself when you slip into untruths. When the Solar Plexus Chakra is balanced, you will believe, say, and think things about yourself that are empowering, like “Everything is always working out for me, I have the most incredible luck!”
The healing of this session is to restore your grounded identity
November 22, 2026 - Week 4: Heart, Anahata
Blocked by Grief, Approval Seeking, Fear of Rejection
The Heart Chakra is your love center.
When it is balanced you will find your truth, joy, authenticity, and loving as if you have never been hurt. It’s your emotional guidance systems. It gives you the ability to follow what feels good in your life, and trust that it’s always getting you to the right place.
When your Heart Chakra is imbalanced you see feel like a bottomless pit seeking the approval of others, being terrified of rejection, and stuck in a pit of grief (the whole that is left from love with no place left to go) and unworthiness.
People often confuse a blocked heart chakra with a blocked throat or third eye chakra. Clear the heart, and all will be made clear.
The healing of this session is to heal the heart.
November 29, 2026 - Week 5: Throat Chakra, Vissuda
Blocked by Jealousy & Judgement
The throat chakra is your communication channel. It is your unique, creative expression. Sound is vibration, and vibration is frequency. Sound is creative, and your words create your life.
When it is blocked you will have one of two experiences:
- You will be unable to speak up, use your voice when it matters. You will feel like you go through life like “the cat got your tongue.” Even if you wanted to speak up, you don’t know what you would say
- You CAN’T STOP talking about what WEAKENS you, and you CAN’T start talking about what STRENGTHENS you
To balance and clear the throat, it starts with taking responsibility for what you want, and speaking the truth out loud.
The healing of this session is discovering your truth and speaking it
December 6, 2026 - Week 6: 3rd Eye Chakra, Ajna
Blocked by Fear of Insanity
The third eye chakra is your center of ideas, and creative expression.
The third eye is blocked by a question with no answer. An example of this would be “writers block,” or sense of being “stuck” unable to SEE a path forward.
When the Third Eye is open and balanced- you will know the solution, and have a grounded answer to your question knowing that “I’m not crazy.” There certainty of the answer.
When your Third Eye is open and imbalanced, you will have too many answers, leaving you asking the question “Am I crazy?” and you will find yourself just as stuck- as you would be with a blocked Third Eye.
The healing of this session is restore sanity and creative expression
December 13, 2026 - Week 7: Crown Chakra, Sahasrara
Blocked by The Fear of a Hostile Universe or Angry God
Gateway to Divine Connection
The crown chakra isn’t actually a chakra, it’s an opening. It is the gateway to Divine connection. Without the opening of the crown, your creative energy (prana or kundalini) can never be recharged correctly.
Ideally your creative energy surges up your spine, exits from the crown, and merges with the Universe, washes down around you, roots into the earth and ascends up again through the soles of your feet, creating a torus field around you. You receive divine assistance and it shows.
When the crown is closed, you are working with sheer force of will in all your endeavors. Blood, sweat and tears. Shutting out co-creation with the Divine God Source energy that runs through all things. There’s no luck, no ease, no divine assistance. You can feel it, and it shows.
The healing of this session is to restore faith in a friendly Universe or Loving God.
December 20, 2026 - Week 8: 7 Chakra Alignment
In this final session of the series, we will gently align and balance 7 Chakras. We will release and clear all left over energy that was not cleared earlier in the sessions.
This session is the whipped cream and cherry on top of a perfect sundae!
It will feel like coming fully home to yourself, your soul essence, and what you are here to do in this life.
You will leave feeling grounded, connected, and at peace.
