Ingredients:
Hawthorn Berry (Crataegus monogyna), Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis), Spearmint (Mentha spicata), Oatstraw (Avena sativa), Bacopa (Bacopa monnieri), Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora), Rose Buds and Petals (Rosa centifolia), Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca).

Directions:
Shake well in the bag before portioning. 1-2 Tablespoon per 8-12 oz. of 212º hot water. Steep for 7-10 minutes or longer.
