Description: Native to Western Asia, Black cumin has been used in cooking as a spice for as long as it has been known to be safe. Historically Black cumin has been used medicinally in many Arabian and Eastern Asian medical practices. Historically, the most common uses from Black Cumin found throughout all the different practices, were for pain relief, fighting inflammation, and fighting infections.
