Ingredients:
Hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa), orange peel (Citrus sinesis), cinnamon (Cinnamomum burmanni), ginger (Zingiber officinale), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), lavender (Lavandula angustifolia).

Directions:
Shake well in the bag before portioning. 1-2 Tablespoon per 8-12 oz. of 212º hot water. Steep for 15-20 minutes or longer, if possible.
