Ingredients:
Chamomile (Matricaria recutita), Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora), Rose Hips (Rosa canina).
Directions:
Shake well in the bag before portioning. 1-2 Tablespoon per 8-12 oz. of 212º hot water. Steep for 10 minutes. Add honey to taste. Enjoy!
